A vision and word from the Lord:
I saw a long, straight tree-lined path. A snake attempted to slither across it.
The Lord said: The path of life is straight, made plain by My wisdom and grace.
The snake will attempt to choke with hate
To deceive and tempt away from the path of life
Away from the tree-lined pleasantries of Wisdom’s Way
Put the snake out of your garden
Stamp on the slyness of his tongue
Reject the fear with which he tries to poison
Receive the faith your victory is built upon
The bureaucrats are ticks
Irritating attempts to distract
Simply deal with their paperwork and “flick”
Flick away the pest and continue to resist
“But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.”
