Conspiracy theory or truth?
Why Freedom of Speech Matters
I heard it said recently ‘the difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth is about 6 months these days.’ This somewhat humorous statement highlights a profound reality: often, things that are dismissed as ‘conspiracy theories’ and ‘misinformation’ have a way of ‘becoming’ true over time.
As the truth about recent crimes and misdeeds continues to unfold, co-conspirators – in a spirit of self-preservation – urgently admonish us ‘to forget the past and move on’. But following this juvenile advice would be foolish, for how can we avoid making the same mistakes again and again if we refuse to learn from history? Would it really have been wise after WW2 to have forgotten what the Nazis did and not to have held them to account? We have to remember and we have to resolve things before we can move on; without uncovering the truth and holding people accountable we are leaving a cancer in society.
In the first few newsletters we explored the topics of Freedom of Speech and Critical Thinking. Exercising my freedom of speech I wrote a ‘how to’ on critical thinking, controversially using the COVID-19 vaccine as an example. As some of my readers know, this led to the distribution of this newsletter being banned within a kilometer radius of my school, and disciplinary actions being taken against me (which freedom of the press laws would probably deem illegal). Since writing those newsletters, much more information and evidence have come to light that further underscore the points I made.
Here are a few ‘conspiracy theories’ on the COVID vaccine that have since been proven true.
Karl Lauterbach and the RKI Documents
Germany’s health minister Karl Lauterbach repeatedly insisted that he had not politically influenced the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), Germany’s federal disease control and prevention agency, during the coronavirus pandemic. However, newly released internal documents show that Lauterbach personally instructed the RKI scientists not to call off the corona alert – even though the institute was actually in favour of it.1
Anthony Fauci
Fauci – the leading global voice in pushing the vaccine as the only viable treatment for COVID-19 – repeatedly reassured us: ‘The vaccines that are currently available are really very safe, and the benefits of them far outweigh any potential risks.’ and ‘the safety of these vaccines has been clearly established (…) safe and highly effective. The side effects are very, very, very rare, and if they do occur, they’re generally mild and short-lived.’
This was in fact the deadliest mass vaccine rollout in history, where the proportions of deaths from vaccine adverse events – which were alarmingly common – was a staggering 14% compared to 4.7% for all other vaccines, according to the PRR data mining results which the CDC were forced to publish after a Freedom of Information Act request by The Epoch Times.2
The claim that SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that caused the pandemic) came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology was adamantly rejected by top health and government officials and the mainstream media, until mounting evidence pushed it beyond all reasonable doubt.3
Fauci frequently said: ‘We know that masks work… We have scientific evidence to show that masks work.’ This also turned out to be hogwash. Take this list of 47 studies confirming that masks are useless in preventing COVID infection and transmission for example, and another list of 32 studies confirming the negative physical (and mental) health effects caused by frequent mask wearing, especially for young children4, including headaches, fatigue and anxiety, not to mention lowered immunity.
Dr. Fauci was also very vocal in promoting COVID vaccines for children, and for 8 years called Robert F. Kennedy Jr. a liar for claiming that none of the 72 mandatory children’s vaccinations were ever safely tested. Now he’s been forced to admit that this is true.5

‘Completely Made Up’
Recently an NIH chief Roja Cholan confessed that COVID health initiatives ‘were completely made up’. He went on to say, ‘I don’t even know if these vaccines stop you from getting COVID. They don’t.’ Adding, ‘We’re all going to learn [about vaccine safety] when it’s too late,’ as Pfizer and Moderna ‘are just getting a bunch of money (…) Vaccines were accelerated through the approval (…) We fly under the radar of being scrutinized.’6
Government Cover-Up and Censorship
As the pandemic unfolded, government agencies and social media platforms – in the true spirit of marxism – worked together to suppress dissenting views. After this collusion was laid bare through a number of lawsuits, Facebook’s founder admitted that his company had indeed been pressured by the federal government to censor such content: ‘I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it,’ Mark Zuckerberg wrote.7
Natural Immunity
Early in the pandemic, many health officials and public figures dismissed the role of natural immunity. In doing so, they ignored ample evidence that showed individuals who recovered from the virus often had strong, lasting immunity. At the same time, alternative treatments such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin were banned or ridiculed, despite evidence confirming that they were highly effective against the virus (for example, a new clinical trial demonstrated ivermectin’s ability to reduce ICU admissions by 83% in COVID-19 patients).8
Countries that used ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine like Nigeria didn’t even have a pandemic. They had a death rate less than 1% of the death rate in the USA. So why did US government agencies push so hard to discredit and prohibit alternative treatments? Here’s what RFK Jr. had to say on it: ‘There’s a little known federal law that says, You cannot give an emergency use authorization to a vaccine if there is any medication approved for any purpose that is shown effective against the target disease. So if Tony Fauci or anybody had admitted that hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin are effective against COVID, it would have been illegal for them to give the emergency use authorization to the vaccines and they could have never gotten them approved, and a 200 billion dollar enterprise would have collapsed.’
Pandemic of the Unvaccinated?
Did the vaccines even serve their purpose and provide any immunity against the virus? Many studies say not. For example, a study9 from the prestigious Cleveland Clinic stated: ‘The risk of COVID-19 also varied by the number of COVID-19 vaccine doses previously received. The higher the number of vaccines previously received, the higher the risk of contracting COVID-19.’
Singapore was one of the most vaccinated countries on earth, with 85 percent of the population fully vaccinated. But Singapore had soaring rates of infection—almost four times higher than its highest pre-vaccination rate. Deaths also soared to 12 times their pre-vaccination rate. At the start of 2021, Bloomberg’s COVID Resilience Ranking scale deemed Singapore ‘the world’s best place to be during Covid.’ Six months later, after becoming highly vaccinated, Singapore ranked 39th, its lowest ever ranking.10
The topic of conspiracies is not foreign to the Bible. Concerning the resurrection of Jesus, Matthew wrote: ‘When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.” So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.’ (Matthew 28:12-15, NIV).
The truth nevertheless became very obvious, for the witnesses of his resurrection went about performing great miracles in the name of Jesus to prove it. As Christians we are called to ‘test and prove all things [until you can recognize] what is good; [to that] hold fast.’ (1 Thessalonians 5:21, AMPC). While we continue to do this in all areas, it is important to remember the greatest truth of all – that transcends all worldly conspiracies and propaganda: the Truth of Jesus, and the work he did to deliver his followers out of darkness and into the light. May we as critical thinkers and truth seekers hold fast to this eternal truth, which will set us free – allowing us to discern the truth in all other areas too.

FACT OF THE WEEK
One in 6 respondents to a survey in Germany reported experiencing side effects after receiving a COVID-19 shot, German newspaper Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung reported. The survey, states that a member of the World Council for Health, ‘also asked whether the respondents ‘personally knew’ someone who experienced severe side effects after the mRNA treatment’. The number is also explosive: 35% answered ‘yes.’
