A vision from the Lord and an inspired poem:
I saw long black lines being extended from a drum into the sea. Then it was lifted out of the sea into the sky.
Strings being unwound
Treasure to be found
The finding of gold
A story long foretold
A net being dragged
The enemy being made mad
The catch being lifted up
Elevated into My Kingdom
A generation being saved
From evil and perdition
Devastation coming this time
To the enemy’s kingdom
Interpretation:
Dragnet fishing is destructive in the unselective way it scoops life out of the ocean. But if God is the dragnet operator then the devastation is to the kingdom of darkness.
“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet which was cast into the sea and gathered in fish of every sort.
When it was full, men dragged it up on the beach, and sat down and sorted out the good fish into baskets, but the worthless ones they threw away.”
