A word from the Lord:
Courage to stand
Courage to climb the mountain
Courage to simply take My hand
And call all else discounted
Courage is your centre for courage has to be at the centre of the resistance I am calling you to. Call the courage out in others by living courageously and rejecting every trace of terror. For terror is not the inheritance of My people, but love expressing itself in a victorious every day.
For all that’s of any worth is what I birth. And how can I birth anything without intimacy? To sit at my feet is to have courage. It is to push aside the tasks and seek Me, keep prioritising Me and giving Me time. For when connected to Me, the supernatural is your priority and from this divine space I can pour forth My provision and grace.
Courageously push back the enemy and his attempts to belittle the importance of My face, for without keeping Me in your view, depending wholly on our connection, comes a false sense of importance and a distorted view of perfection.
I AM all you need. Seek My face, protect our together space. Courageously resist the temptation to prioritise the tasks, and receive My grace: the divine enabling I pour into a life surrendered, a heart that is wholly dependent on Me, and seeking My face.
It takes courage to be with Me, to push away the tasks and wait. But it is foolishness to attempt life any other way, for self-dependence is the devil’s bait. It drags you away from our divine space and the pleasantries of Wisdom’s Way.
So quickly recognise its ugly head and stamp on it, as I have already said. Crush the snake, the pride and hate, then embrace Me, My humility, My grace.
“Fear not, for you will not be ashamed; be not confounded, for you will not be disgraced; for you will forget the shame of your youth, and the reproach of your widowhood you will remember no more.
For your Maker is your husband, the Lord of hosts is his name; and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer, the God of the whole earth he is called. […]
In righteousness you shall be established; you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near you.”
Isaiah 54:4-5,14 (ESV)
