A vision and an inspired poem:
I saw a wobbly looking tower of stones, for the stones were rounded like pebbles. It reminded me of the Tower of Babel.
The Tower of Babel
From the start unstable
For its foundation was not the Trinity
But a man-made attempt at human unity
A corrupted working together
A prideful attempt to usurp the Creator
His creation however, is of living stone
With a foundation of truth mixed with faith alone
Upon this foundation He is building His church
Against which hell’s gates cannot resurge
Where faith is, His word alone does abide
Where His word is, upon the heights you will ride
No man-made tower required for His church
Faith in God causes His will to be birthed
“Then I saw another angel flying directly overhead, with an eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people.
And he said with a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water.”
Another angel, a second, followed, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, she who made all nations drink the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality.”
