An inspired poem:
Sons in a ship
The ones who are equipped
Who’ve chosen His heart over theirs
His name alone do they bear
Knowing whose they are and from where they reign
Divinely appointed to execute the will of their Saviour
Having endured the suffering to be made perfect
Worthy to be called His sons and daughters
“God, for whom and through whom everything was made, chose to bring many children into glory. And it was only right that he should make Jesus, through his suffering, a perfect leader, fit to bring them into their salvation.”
Hebrews 2:10 (NLT)
“…I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us and for us and conferred on us!For [even the whole] creation waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship].”
Romans 8:18, 19 (AMPC)
